REFUND Policy

In accordance with the European Directive on Consumer Rights, customers have 14 days from the date of order to return any unused, or damaged item. Prior to returning goods, customers must send us an email at websales@livetobbq.com advising why you wish to return the goods. This will enable LIVE TO BBQ to, at minimum, attempt to resolve any issue, thus saving the customer any unnecessary costs. Should it prove necessary to return goods, customers will be responsible for the cost of any return postage and the goods must be returned unopened, complete and with all seals intact. Refunds for returned goods will not include the cost of initially shipping the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
