Bird Baptism Poultry Brine Instructions

Got yourself a bag of the Meat Church Bird Baptism Brine, and not sure what to do?

Chicken:
Mix half of the brine mix (330g) with 2 liters of water, chicken stock, chicken broth, or your choice of liquid.

Turkey:
Mix the entire contents of the package with 4 liters of water, or enough to completely submerge your turkey.

Optional - You can warm the mixture in a saucepan to help dissolve the contents. Make sure you chill the mixture completely before submerging the poultry.
